Steve discovered problem solving in the bath tub; getting rubber ducky, red crab and tugboat to cooperate in spite of their country of manufacture. He learned more from great colleagues at Linden Hills, Davis, New Leaf and Moscow. He continues to deny any involvement with the Russians, unless there is a transcript. His last two gigs were at stores experiencing declining sales. He has plenty to share about moving all the parts so they work together, setting priorities and stimulating effort. Getting rubber ducks in a row, who knew it could be so complicated? A previous CCMA presenter on topics like employee selection, rumors/gossip and loss prevention, Steve is real, useful and, according to one attendee, “almost tolerable.” Let’s sell some groceries!
