Prepared Food Consultant
Kevin O’Donnell has had a long and esteemed career managing boutique hotels and country clubs around the U.S. He is a graduate of the school of hotel administration at Cornell University has been a prepared foods consultant for over 30 years, in addition to teaching culinary arts and hospitality management at the college level.
Kevin lives with his family in Vermont’s state capitol of Montpelier. When not consulting or teaching he is the Operations Manager at Hunger Mountain Co-op. He sees the excitement and education that motivates people’s interest in cooking and managing prepared foods in food co-ops, and he’d like to contribute to their professional skillset development needed to manage strong food service programs in today’s competitive environment.
