Estee Segal is a Loan Officer at Capital Impact Partners, and based in Portland, Oregon. She has worked in real estate development and finance, project management and community outreach/involvement for 20 years. Her focus at Capital Impact is underwriting expansion and working capital loans for community health centers, schools, grocery stores and cooperatively-owned businesses in Capital Impact’s target areas. Prior to joining Capital Impact in spring 2014, she worked at the Portland Development Commission for 12 years as a Senior Project Manager and Loan Officer, managing the development of catalyst real estate projects along neighborhood commercial corridors. She volunteers as a Sustainability Coordinator at Irvington Public School and served on the REACH Community Development Corporation (an affordable housing development organization) Board of Directors for five years. Estee holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a BA in Social Science from the University of Michigan.
