Carolee Colter has been working in, with and for co-ops her whole working life. For over 30 years she's consulted for retail food and other types of co-ops, with the mission of making co-ops great places to work.  She conducts employee surveys and HR systems audits, trains managers, and supports boards in hiring general managers.  Since joining CDS Consulting Co-op in 2009, she has been collaborating with colleagues to support professional, productive work relationships between boards and general managers.
